ATC Medical Transport Privacy Policy
At ATC Medical Transport, we want to connect people through transportation and bring communities together. In this privacy policy, we tell you what information we receive from our riders and drivers, and how we use it to connect riders with drivers and continue to improve our services.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
ATC Medical Transport (we, our, and/or us) values the privacy of individuals who use our applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the ATC Medical Transport). This privacy policy (the Privacy Policy) explains how we collect, use, and share information from our users, consisting of both riders and drivers (including Driver applicants). Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of ATC Medical Transport is also subject to our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
Registration Information: When you sign up for an ATC Medical Transport account, you give us your name, email address, and phone number.
User Profile Information: When you join the ATC Medical Transport community, you can create a Profile to share information about yourself. Your name and profile photos are part of your Profile.
Background Location Access: This application allows drivers to receive jobs from the dispatchers depending on their nearest location. GPS locations are used for tracking drivers and the miles covered by the vehicle during the trip. Background location is used to track the driver's location even if the app is in the background.
Payment Method: When you add a credit card or payment method to your ATC Medical Transport account, a third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Information We Collect When You Use the Platform
Location Information: To connect Drivers and Riders, we need to know where you are. We may collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background.
Device Information: ATC Medical Transport receives information from Users' devices, including IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, and device identifiers.
Usage Information: We automatically receive information about your interactions with the Platform, like the pages or other content you view and the dates and times of your visits.

Analyze how the NEMT community uses our services
Communicate with you for marketing and promotional purposes

Sharing Between Users
Riders and Drivers that have been matched for a ride are able to see basic information about each other, such as names, photos, ratings, and any information they have added to their Profiles. Drivers see the pick-up location that the Rider has provided. Riders see a Driver's vehicle information and real-time location.
Data Security
We are committed to protecting the data of the ATC Medical Transport community. Even though we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.
Children's Privacy
We treat children's information as any other information under this privacy policy. Children's information mainly pertains to parental-supervised usage and non-emergency medical transport for minors.
